Shipping policy

How does delivery work?

We currently ship Australia wide.

We ship via Aramex as well as a combination of services including Australia Post and other couriers. 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! However, due to the varied shipping costs of our products please contact us or reach out to admin@proguarding.com.au to place an order.

Why are shipping costs so high at checkout?

We offer weight based shipping; up to 1kg, up to 3kg, up to 15kg, and over 15kg. Jet Ski Sleds are considered bulky items by Aramex and so have a higher rate to ship.

We do not mark up the costs of our shipping.

We charge a local rate for Gold Coast areas, and a Metro rate for metro areas in Australia. These are based on Australia Post’s postcodes  and Aramex Zone 2 cities which include:

Queensland: Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wide Bay
New South Wales: Albury, Canberra, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Wollongong

If you are outside of these areas we offer a domestic shipping rate, based on the total weight of your order.

When will I receive my order? 

Standard shipping normally takes 5-10 days depending on your area. Same day shipping is available on all orders placed before 12pm. Orders to WA, SA & NT may take longer.

What do I do if I missed my delivery?

If you miss a parcel delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at your door. You should receive an instruction slip from your carrier on how to find your package. The carrier may attempt to deliver your package another day. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, the package will be taken back to the carrier depot/collection point.

To find your package, visit the carrier's help portal and reference your consignment number shown on the notice. The consignment number can be found on either your tracking page or on any recent notifications sent directly from the carrier.
