We have been using Pro Guarding rescue sleds for eight years now and I can safely say they are by far the best sleds we’ve ever used. Unlike other sleds the Pro Guarding sleds have withstood the harsh marine environment and heavy daily workload imposed by the Bondi lifeguards. They are lightweight but more than strong enough to deal with a mass rescue scenario where at times we have had up to eight patients holding onto the sled – as head lifeguard you can’t ask for much more than that out of your equipment.
