STEP 6.0 FEATURES
Built with double-layer military-grade PVC and drop-stitch tech, the sled offers exceptional strength and durability. Nose and tail guards, plus extra PVC in high-wear areas, provide added impact and abrasion protection.
SIDE RAIL SEAMS
Seams are bonded with high-strength PVC adhesive and tested in 57°C heat chambers to ensure long-term durability under extreme conditions.
GRAB HANDLES
Foam-filled, UV-resistant handles offer a balance of strength and comfort, built to last through heavy use in tough environments.
CONNECTION POINTS
Reinforced triple-layer PVC and seat belt webbing allow each of the three points to support up to 300 kg, ensuring secure, stable towing.
LAST CHANCE HANDLES
Positioned for fast access, these handles give tow partners extra grip for reboarding in rough conditions or impact zones.
BUNGEE TIE DOWNS
Flexible bungee tie-downs keep boards, gear, or equipment secure and ready for transport.
PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
Automatically releases excess pressure in heat to prevent overinflation, enhancing safety and extending sled lifespan.
